Education Contest LLC was founded to elevate student success through meaningful, career-focused competition. Created by an agricultural science educator with a background in instructional design, the organization brings industry-level structure, assessment, and scalability to educational contests.

After nearly two decades of working with students through local, state, and national competitions, a clear need emerged for contests that were accessible, aligned to career pathways, and focused on real skill development. In response, national-level contests launched in 2023, leading to the formal establishment of Education Contest LLC in 2025.

 Today, Education Contest LLC delivers inclusive online and in-person contests designed to develop real-world skills and support meaningful career exploration. 

Clayton Vader is an agricultural science educator and educational designer with nearly two decades of classroom experience. He graduated from Texas A&M University with a BS in Agricultural Development and a MEd in Educational Technology. Clayton has taught in Wells, Texas, Austin, Texas, and currently in Green Bay, Wisconsin.

His work focuses on developing high-quality online and hybrid competitive events that emphasize real-world skills, accessibility, and instructional value. Drawing on his background in educational technology and instructional design, Clayton creates scalable contest systems that support student growth while remaining practical and efficient for educators. As the founder of Education Contest LLC, he continues to advance competition as a purposeful tool for learning and career readiness.

 Brooke Priest is an agricultural education instructor and instructional designer with a strong background in agricultural sciences and evidence based instruction. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Education from the University of Wisconsin - River Falls, graduating with emphasis in Animal Science, Plant Science, and Agribusiness, and a master’s degree in Education Technology and Instructional Design from Western Governors University. Her work centers on creating accessible, high quality virtual competitive events that blend real world agricultural skills with modern educational technology. She uses her experience in classroom instruction, curriculum design, and technology integration to create contests that are practical for educators and expand opportunities for students nationwide, supporting young learners as they prepare, compete, and succeed in agriculture and related technical fields. Her focus on clarity, equity, and instructional value ensures that each event supports meaningful student growth and confidence.
