The National Invitational Middle School Career Skills Contest delivers a high-quality, student-centered competition experience through a virtual format. Students complete contests independently during a scheduled window, using online testing and digital submissions with local advisor monitoring, providing a fair and efficient alternative to traditional in-person events.
The contest consists of 50 multiple-choice questions and 50 identification questions.

The Middle School Career Skills Identification Sheet is an official reference resource for the contest and may be used during the identification portion. The sheet includes materials from Agricultural Mechanics, Floriculture, Milk Quality, Poultry, Veterinary Science, Forestry, and Wildlife. It is intended to provide a standardized reference to ensure consistency, fairness, and clarity in identification expectations across all participating students.
